Atty. Melosino Respicio has over 55 years of fascinating legal experience. Having witnessed the country’s ever-changing business, political and economic landscape, his counsels are full of wisdom.
Atty. Rafael Villanueva is a lawyer and consultant with over seven (7) years experience. Much of his career focused on alternative dispute resolution. He has been involved with the Philippine Government in various positions, the most recent of which was as a Director for Public Information and Promotions at the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution — an office attached to the Philippine Department of Justice, which aims to promote the use of non-litigious forms of resolving conflicts. He was also a committee member for the revision of his country's criminal code, and a part of a presidential committee promoting civil and political rights. He trained at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and is an alumni of the US State Department's International Visitor's Leadership Program. Both experiences gave him a unique exposure to the international justice system and the international commercial arbitration scene. Among his other interests are renewable energy development, construction and finance. He holds a business administration degree from the University of the Philippines, and a law degree from San Beda College.

Atty. Harold Respicio advises on matters about tax, corporations, special projects, commerce and banking, real estate, international and local immigration, intellectual property and land registration. He handles investigative work, dispute resolution, litigation and appeals for civil, criminal, administrative, family, labor and special proceedings, including those for malpractice and cybercrime cases. He had worked with Ernst & Young (SGV & Co.) and Deloitte (MDA & Co.). He finished his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his degree in Accountancy from the De La Salle University, College of Business and Economics. He obtained 96% in Taxation Law and 94% in Commercial Law in the Bar Exam.
Leslie Ann Pacheco
Atty. Leslie Ann Pacheco is an alumna of the prestigious Ateneo De Manila University Law School. She finished her undergraduate degree in International Studies from the De La Salle University, College of Liberal Arts. She handles taxation, criminal litigation, drug cases, special proceedings and special projects. Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Pacheco worked with the Nograles Law Offices and Nisce Mamuric Guinto Rivera Alcantara Law Offices. She also had the opportunity to intern at Villanueva Gabionza and De Santos Law Offices. Her stint with these top firms enabled her to gain solid experience in labor, immigration, corporate and litigation practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Marie Dainne Espiritu worked with the Judiciary and the leading law firms of the country. She specialises in litigation, special proceedings, civil law, family law and criminal law. She studied law at the Ateneo de Manila University and Lyceum of the Philippines University.
Atty. Neil Owen Deona served as attorney at the Supreme Court of the Philippines. His stints at Philippine courts allowed him to develop a keen grasp of the inner workings of the judiciary. His key areas of practice include general litigation, criminal law, civil law, corporation law, BOI, labor law and intellectual property law. He earned his bachelor of laws degree from San Beda School of Law.
Atty. Jaymie Capinpin was an attorney at one of the country’s top law firms. She has an extensive experience in court litigation, and handles family law, special proceedings, labor law, civil law, and corporate housekeeping. She obtained her law degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
