Atty. Rafael has over seven years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, international law, and government. He appears at international justice bodies and at international commercial arbitration organisations. Priorly, he worked for the Philippine Government in capacities such as of Director for Public Information and Promotions at the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Department of Justice of the Philippines. He sat at the committee for the revision of the criminal code of the country. He also was a member of the committee for the protection of civil and political rights under the Office of the President of the Republic. He was trained at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. He completed the US State Department's International Visitor's Leadership Program. Atty. Rafael also handles matters on renewable energy development, construction, and finance. He finished college at the University of the Philippines and law at San Beda.
Atty. Harold practices tax; corporate law; special projects; commerce and banking laws; real estate law; international and local immigration and visas; intellectual property law; investigative work; dispute resolution; litigation and appeals for civil, criminal, and administrative cases; family law; labor law; special proceedings; medical malpractice; and cybercrime. He worked at Ernst & Young (SGV & Co.) and Deloitte (MDA & Co.). He completed Juris Doctor with honors at the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, studied at the De La Salle University, College of Business and Economics.
Atty. Leslie graduated from the Ateneo De Manila University Law School and completed college at the De La Salle University. She practices taxation, criminal law, special proceedings, special projects, labor, immigration, corporate law, and litigation, with over five years of experience. Before joining the firm, she worked at Nograles Law Offices, Nisce Mamuric Guinto Rivera Alcantara Law Offices, and Villanueva Gabionza and De Santos Law Offices.

Nico practices immigration; copyright, patent, and trademark registration; intellectual property enforcement, prosecution, and litigation; family law; civil and criminal litigation; indirect taxation; global trade and customs taxation; banking; corporate mergers and acquisitions; estate planning; data privacy and technology protection; and special business organisations. He worked at such law firms and consulting companies as Ernst & Young (SGV & Co.). He is an active member of the Immigration Lawyers Association of the Philippines and of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines and lectures at the Bureau of Customs and at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. He served at the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process. He finished law with Second Honors.
Atty. Paulette handles family disputes; criminal and civil prosecution and defense; maritime law and enforcement; transportation law and regulations; labor and employment claims; housing and construction regulations; annulment; support; violence against women and children; and unlawful terminations, disability claims, and regulatory violations in the international employment and manning agency industry. She appears at and works with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Labor and Employment, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, and the Department of Transportation for administrative cases and regulatory requirements and processes.
Atty. Joana undertakes legal advisory engagements in the industries of construction and of telecommunications and transportation. Besides working with such regulatory bodies as the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board and the National Telecommunications Commission, she leads cases on cybercrime, sex offences, criminal and civil claims, labor and employment, and family law. She finished university cum laude.
Atty. Shirin took training at the Court of Appeals and handles appeals cases, medical malpractice matters, civil and criminal litigation, labor disputes, special contracts advisory engagements, special corporate projects, and administrative suits. She completed her university degree cum laude.
PAOLA KATHLYNN LLENO
Atty. Lleno's areas of practice include corporate and taxation law, labor law, data privacy law, administrative law, special projects, share purchase deals, and local and international mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels on banking laws, advertising laws, civil service laws, trade laws, laws and rules concerning government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCC), laws on credit information systems, intellectual property and trademark laws, criminal and civil laws and procedures, special proceedings, land titles, and contract and commercial laws.
Atty. Leonard centers his practice in civil, criminal, and labor litigation, as well as in administrative investigations and proceedings, including taxation and corporate compliance. As an ITIL®-certified practitioner, he advised large multinational companies in the field of information technology and data privacy laws. During election season, he represents both national- and local-level candidates. He earned his BS Materials Engineering degree, magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Atty. Leonard took training at the Office of the Solicitor General.
