Additional Guidelines for Use:

Write the entire document by hand on paper.
Ensure the date is complete (day, month, year).
Clearly describe properties, especially agricultural land, with details like location, title number, and area to avoid disputes.
For agricultural land, note that transfers must comply with agrarian reform laws (e.g., RA 6657); heirs may need DAR clearance.
Any changes after writing must be signed and dated.
Store the will safely and inform trusted persons of its location.
